Innovated by a Founder Who Understands Business for Community
VGC was founded by Alison Vidal, an experienced capacity builder and business advisor. Alison is an MIPA-qualified accountant, a governance expert holding a GAICD, and holds an MBA. Her qualifications, skills and experience built up over the last 20 years has led her to expand her consultancy business, Vital Consult, to a holistic eco-system of Vital Global Communities.
Ali has worked extensively with Aboriginal corporations, NFPs, incorporated associations, and community-based enterprises across Australia and South East Asia, specialising in supporting businesses in remote and regional area, witnessing firsthand the systemic barriers that prevent great businesses from being seen in a competitive market, gain accessing to funding or scaling sustainably.
That insight led to the creation of the Business Vitality Tracker (BVT), Ask Ali AI and the broader VGC ecosystem - a practical, accessible, and integrity-driven solution to business health, growth, and accountability.
